







Our office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Sunday, and from 10 am to 4 pm on Christmas Day. By checking into the unit and signing the registration card, the individual acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting Frimley Lodge Motel, as well as those using the accommodation facilities within the complex at the invitation or with the authority of the guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by themselves and their visitors during their stay, including any fees or charges resulting from a breach of the terms and conditions outlined below.
BOOKINGS:
All bookings made in person, over the phone or via email require full payment to confirm the reservation. Alternatively, we can accept a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance to be settled upon check-in. Please note that all reservations are non-refundable. We will hold a room for 24 hours; if there is no response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the held booking.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation may result in the forfeiture of full payment for your entire stay and/or the loss of your deposit if the room becomes unsaleable.
NO SHOW:
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notification to management will be classified as a "No Show" and will be liable for the full accommodation charge.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Group rates apply for three or more rooms. Please contact the motel for more information.
ARRIVALS:
When checking in, you must be of legal age to do so, and by doing so, you become legally bound to honor payment and other obligations. A valid credit card for a damage deposit and ID is required upon check-in.
INVALID CREDIT CARDS:
In the event that you provide an invalid credit card, your reservation will be cancelled accordingly.
DEPARTURES:
Check-out is at 10am every day! During peak times, guests who refuse to leave by 10am may be charged for an extra night's stay. Please keep in mind our 4-hour window between check-out and check-in.
REFUNDS:
We’re not required to provide a refund for change of mind or unscheduled departure.
SWIMMING POOL:
Our swimming pool is strictly for paying guests only! Children 14 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. We reserve the right to ask your children to leave the pool if they are not supervised by an adult. The pool gates will be locked from 8pm to 8am during the warmer months and 7pm to 8am during the cooler months.
ROOM OCCUPANCY:
Only the number of people designated on booking/check-in may stay overnight. You must advise us of any extra guests or changes to guest numbers. For fire and safety reasons, we reserve the right to question the number of people present and take any action necessary to ensure maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Undeclared extra guests will incur a $50 charge per person.
VISITORS:
Visitors must each pay a $10 visitors fee per day and must vacate the premises by 7pm. No visitors are allowed on the premises prior to 9am. We are unable to cater for large numbers of visitors and their vehicles so please consider other guests and limit the number of visitors to the complex. At our discretion, we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if numbers are excessive. We do not offer a refund.
NOISE/PARTIES:
In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the motel, a no party policy applies. Guests are expected to be quiet after 10pm. Group congregations in individual rooms that involve excessive alcohol consumption and/or result in any noise or disruption to other guests will not be tolerated. One warning will be issued for the party to disperse. If further noise/disruption occurs, management reserves the right to issue eviction/trespass notices and offers no refunds.
PROPERTY DAMAGE/DEGRADATION:
A valid credit card or a damage deposit of 150NZD is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Fees issued for repairs, replacement, and extra cleaning are the responsibility of the registered guest and may include debt collection fees and extra room night charges in the event the room is unsaleable due to damage/degradation.
PETS: BY REQUEST ONLY.
Frimley Lodge Motel offers 1x King Suite and 2x 1-bedroom Apartments for you and your dogs. Don't forget to contact the office to arrange this before making a reservation. Sounds like a cozy setup for you and your furry friends! 🐾
SMOKING: All units are non-smoking!
If we find physical evidence of smoking in the room, or a heavy residual odor which indicates smoking of any form may have occurred inside the unit, the guest is responsible for any cleaning fees and charges we issue. This will include extra night charges, plus any debt collection fees.
COOKING:
In the interest of future guests, cooking of any seafood or strong smelling food such as curries or highly spiced foods is not permitted. Any extra cleaning charges to remove food odors from soft furnishings are the responsibility of the registered guest and will include extra night charges, plus any debt collection fees.
