Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
The person checking into the unit, and signing the registration card acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting Frimley Lodge Motel and or using the accommodation facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach of the terms and conditions below.
Bookings: All bookings made in person or over the phone require a valid Credit Card number and expiry to confirm the reservation. Alternatively, we can accept a deposit, the terms of which will be specified by management. Please refer to Online Booking Terms & Conditions when booking through an online service.
Cancellation: Cancellation of a reservation within 48 hrs of the check in date and time (ie. From 2pm, 2 days prior to check in date) may result in charges equivalent to the first night's accommodation or loss of deposit.
No Show: Guests that fail to arrive without any prior explanation to management will be treated as a "No Show" and as such may be liable for the full accommodation charge.
Group Bookings: Please contact the Motel for Group rates, and Group Bookings Terms and Conditions.
Arrivals: When making a booking and/or checking in, you must be of legal age to do so, and therefore, become legally bound to honour payment and other obligations.
Refunds: We are not required to provide a refund for change of mind or unscheduled departure. The first night's accommodation will be charged. Subsequent nights may be charged if we are unable to resell the room.
Room Occupancy: Only the number of people designated on booking/check-in may stay overnight. You must advise us of any extra guests, or changes to guest numbers. For fire and safety reasons, we reserve the right to question the number of people present, and take any action necessary to ensure maximum occupancy is not exceeded, and/or extra guests or changes in guest numbers are declared. Undeclared extra guests will incur a charge of $50 per person.
Visitors: Visitors must vacate the premises by 10 pm. No visitors are allowed on the premises prior to 7am. We are unable to cater for large numbers of visitors and their vehicles. Please consider other guests and limit the number of visitors to the complex. At our discretion, we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if numbers are excessive.
Noise/Parties: Noise/Parties: In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the Motel, a no party policy applies. Guests are expected to be quiet after 10pm. Group congregations in individual rooms that involve excessive alcohol consumption and/or result in any noise or disruption to other guests will not be tolerated. One warning will be issued for the party to disperse. If further noise/disruption occurs, management reserves the right to issue eviction/trespass notices and offers no refunds.
Property Damage/Degradation: Any damage to or degradation of Motel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest. Degradation of a unit would include the presence of vomit, bodily waste, excessive rubbish, food and drink spills, untidy kitchen and general damage. Fees issued for repairs, replacement, and extra cleaning are the responsibility of the registered guest and may include debt collection fees and extra room night charges in the event the room is unsaleable due to damage/degradation.
Pets: No pets are permitted to stay on the premises or in the units. Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction. Fees for detailed cleaning of soft furnishings are the responsibility of the registered guest and may include extra room nights in the event the unit is unsaleable, plus any debt collection fees.
Smoking: All units are non-smoking. If we find physical evidence of smoking in the room, or a heavy residual odour which indicates smoking of any form may have occurred inside the unit, the guest is responsible for any cleaning fees and charges we issue, which may include extra room nights if the unit is unsaleable and debt collection fees.
Cooking: In the interest of future guests, cooking of any seafood or strong smelling food such as curries or highly spiced foods is not permitted. Any extra cleaning charges to remove food odours from soft furnishings are the responsibility of the registered guest and may include extra room nights if unit is unsaleable, plus any debt collection fees.
